Chief Executive Officer

Steven leads the overall growth and strategic direction of Software Concepts, Inc. He founded Williams Associates in 1979. Since then, he spearheaded the development, marketing and deployment of the DS90 application, now installed in hundreds of small and emerging businesses throughout the northeast.

As a technologist, Steve holds several certifications from IBM, including Technical Systems Design, while providing hands-on systems advice for clients looking for advanced business automation solutions.

Steve graduated from Bentley College with a degree in accounting and a focus on information technology.

Robert DiCicco

Professional Services Manager

Bob joined Software Concepts in 1984. His multifaceted experience spans across many functional areas, including: Documentation, Programming, Technical Support, Project Leadership, Project Design and Analysis, Customer to Technical Liaison, Software and Hardware Education, System and Software Installation and Integration and Customer Satisfaction. As the Professional Services Manager, he is responsible for Project and Workload scheduling to ensure that projects are done in a timely and efficient manner.

Bob puts both technical and business skills to work at Software Concepts. By working with customers to clarify their business and technology problems, he helps define workable project solutions that can be efficiently executed. As a project manager and leader, he ensures that all customer needs are addressed throughout every stage of the customer engagement.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information System from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass.

Mary Fairbairn

Manager of Development

Mary brings over 20 years of business analysis and application software development to Software Concepts. While Mary excels in developing customized applications to specifically address the needs of clients, she also stays current on technologies that help Software Concepts customers stay efficient and competitive.
