When BT&E Utility Products, Inc., of Bedford, Massachusetts wrote IBM Chairman Lou Gerstner requesting help with their systems and software needs, Mr. Gerstner's office immediately contacted the local IBM branch to call out the troops.

Faced with a tight deadline and a high-priority request, the IBM branch turned to Software Concepts for assistance in the analysis and configuration effort. Software Concepts quickly responded with a thorough needs evaluation and presented BT&E with a proposal. Within 60 days, BT&E was running on their new IBM AS/400e server and application software supplied by Software Concepts.

As an IBM Authorized Business Partner, Software Concepts is frequently called upon as a provider of both systems and application consulting expertise. Our reputation as a reliable, high-quality service provider is well known. While it is unusual that a customer is indirectly referred by the likes of Lou Gerstner, it is not uncommon that we're recommended by IBM as a solutions provider.
